
Good Day everyone! Working as a registered massage therapist , I experience the joy of helping others achieve a state of wellness and mood elevation. Just a brief disclosure of me and my background. My shift to Health came in 2012 when I decided to take my exams and work as a Registered Massage Therapist. I realized that big pharma did have a place in health but that we do have choices in regard to healthcare providers not always pharmaceuticals. Massage is believed to be the oldest healing method. It works on all levels of the body, helps to normalize the nervous system and can help realign the muscles and therefore bones of the body. Essential oils and the right depth of pressure can bring immense relief to the mind, body and spirit. I am certified in Swedish relaxation, Deep Tissue, Dynamic cupping, Manual Lymph Drainage, Cranial Sacral , Reiki ( Usui first degree) Indian Foot Massage & Visceral Manipulation. I look forward to helping you regain, restore and rejuvenate your well- being and to feel great once again! I am originally from Ontario and have travelled extensively throughout North America, South America, Europe, Nepal, India and Thailand, and Greece, gaining wisdom and insight into the various cultures and spiritual beliefs.

My clients are from all over the world and they remain my top priority. One must be a participate in our health. Like everything in life, decisions, strategies be they business or work -life balancing must be made. Keeping health and fitness goals are as important as health is wealth. Monkey mind and general incessant worry will not help ,only surrender when we can and push through with sport and outside activities . Work hard , play hard BUT know when to rest and restore our body, mind and soul is key to everlasting success.
